For just $91,000, a bad photo of a computer screen featuring a 4chan post about art could have been yours.

But alas, this latest high-priced piece of – whatever – slipped through your fingers, collectors, for a mere $90,900.

The dark photo — not even a screenshot, as a camera flash can be seen in the middle of the screen — was sold on eBay to the highest bidder Aug. 1.

The piece was described as “A one of a kind work of art by Anonymous” and eBay made it clear there would be no refunds.

The post on the computer screen — as posted by someone also called Anonymous, coincidentally — says: “Art used to be something to cherish. Now literally anything could be art. This post is art.”

It started off with a minimum bid of $500.

The lucky winner, someone with the eBay handle of t***e, will receive a printout of the screenshot on standard A4 paper in a frame for the cost.
