It may sound unreal, but Netflix wants to pay someone to watch its films and TV shows.
And you can do it from the comfort of your own home, which means your attire can be as casual as you want to be - your pyjamas, a suit of armour, or nothing at all.
You know, whatever you generally lounge around the house in.
The job is to be a tagger. Basically, you watch content that will be streaming on the site and describe the films and TV shows using "objective tags."
As the posting states, "This 'tagging process' is the first stage of the Netflix recommendation system and works in concert with advanced algorithms that generate highly personalized suggestions for every one of Netflix’s nearly 50 million members, offering them an individualized set of titles matching their tastes."
Ideally, the candidate should have a film background, but the real catch is the job is for Netflix U.K., so you would have to move to Britain or Ireland - or at least know how spoof your proxy to access that site and fake an English accent for the phone interview.
