People waiting in line for their double-double or Timbits can now tell everyone how long it's taking them to get their Tim Hortons fix.
Using a new smartphone app called Tim's Times, people can post how long it is taking them to get their order at any Tim Hortons on the planet and other people can see how long the wait is at their favourite Timmies.
"Tim's Times is the first application of its kind, aimed at helping the coffee-wielding citizens of the future avoid frustratingly long line-ups at every Tim Horton's location on the globe," the website for the free app says.
The app was developed by QJumprz Solutions.
Last August, the Regina-based company said beta testing of an app looking at wait times showed 82.7% of users were checking-in at Tim Hortons.
"We've developed a new specific application that will be the wingman of coffee lovers across the country," said the company's website -- which has since been replaced with TimsTimes.ca.
