The April 16 expansion for Call of Duty: Black Ops II, entitled Uprising, contains a new slice of multiplayer zombie action called "Mob of the Dead" set within an infested Alcatraz prison, and stars four Hollywood faces in Ray Liotta, Michael Madsen, Chazz Palminteri, and Joe Pantoliano.

Just as with "Escalation," the second expansion pack for Black Ops, which recruited the talents of Robert Englund, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Michael Rooker and Danny Trejo, Uprising calls upon actors well known for thematically related portrayals -- in this case, mob men.

Liotta shot to fame in Goodfellas, Madsen was Mr. Blonde in Reservoir Dogs, Palminteri co-starred with Robert de Niro in A Bronx Tale and in The Usual Suspects, while Pantoliano was Ralph Cifaretto in TV show The Sopranos.

Liotta and Madsen also lent their voices to "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" and "Grand Theft Auto III" respectively.

"Uprising," which also includes four other conventional multiplayer maps, is to be made available for download on Xbox 360 from April 16, with PlayStation 3 and PC users expected to be drawn into the fold a month later, as has become customary.
